Ingredients
- 1 cup black raspberries or blackberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablepsoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a jar. Double the ingredients for a bigger batch. Place in jar in refrigerator overnight! That's it!
